About This Course

Here, you will learn ways to manage yourself that can make a real difference in your career and life including your mindset, your behaviors and the way you react to situations around you. In this course, you'll receive practical, actionable strategies and advice for making it easier to manage yourself so that you are the strongest you can be.

You’ll also learn secrets to building confidence in yourself and in others, ways to present yourself and make a good first impression. Beyond that first meeting, you’ll learn strategies to keep impressing people with the way you speak, the kinds of questions you ask and the way you handle questions that come your way.

This course will take you approximately 5 hours to complete.
